The support was great through Skype! They helped me solve my issue in a fast manor. The theme is so flexible, I'd highly recommend it if you're thinking about using it. I'm not using it for a restaurant, so it does work for a variety of applications as well.
I'm very happy with this theme, it got great features, customizability, provides up front with child theme, good documentation and above all a great customer support with fast accessible feedback. My experience with AivahThemes has been great.
